By accessing and using Soulful Hymns, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
Soulful Hymns provides a web-based platform for converting sheet music images into playable multi-track SATB (Soprano, Alto, Tenor, Bass) audio. The service includes a hymn library, sheet music upload and processing, and audio playback features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Soulful Hymns offers a 7-day free trial followed by a monthly subscription. Payments are processed through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any sheet music you upload. Soulful Hymns does not claim ownership of your uploaded content. Our hymn library contains public domain hymns. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any sheet music you upload.
6. Limitation of Liability
Soulful Hymns is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to inaccuracies in music recognition or audio rendering.
